Taking
a Stand.
We
got into web site design because we love it. We love the idea
of creating designs, and making lasting images of your dogs.
But the fun stops when others ruin it. We are tired of blatant
plagiarism of our graphics and content and decided it's time
to take a stand.
Despite
numerous attempts, it is amazing when people continue to deny
their actions, even with our proof of their offense. Unlike
these people, we believe in morals and get tired of their excuses
fast.
The
Process :: 1. We immediately document all offenses with
screen shots of original and plagiarized work (which may
include IP Address documentation of visits to our web site(s)
2. We give the offender a chance to reconcile their actions
by removing the content and/or graphics from their site within
3 days of our initial contact. However, despite this generous act
on our part, some continue to whine and fight. We call these
people Fear
Biters. At this point, we contact their web host
with proof of infringement for the site to be taken down
and also display their offense
on our web site. If all else fails, legal action will be
taken.
The
purpose of this page is to educate the public on Copyright Infringement.
There is absolutely no excuse for stealing the hard work
of others, and we reserve the right to stand up and be honest
with the dog world. Don't let this continue, and please support
us in our effort to protect the rights of other designers. After
all, if these offenders feel the need to cut corners and steal
on the internet, think
about what they are doing breeding dogs.
So
ask yourself one question: Who is behind your web site?

This
is a place to display current or past offenders who refused
to let up. If they choose to deny the fact that they have copied
our work, then it is our duty as a web designer to inform the
public. This is to deter future copyright infringements, as
well as protect other web designers out there. We have numerous
designer friends who are also in the dog world, and we have
decided to join forces to protect our rights. We would especially
like to thank Equine
Design for setting the standard in animal related copyright
infringement.
We
will only post current offenses in efforts to deter future
occurrences. Past infringement is noted and if it occurs again,
we will notify our lawyer.

We have had a recent incident regarding a Chinese based
web design firm. Thanks to those who rallied together
to stop this!
